Commemorating 2 Years of Figure Collecting

Right! So I have tons of things on my mind but I hope to make the conclusion as short as possible!

This year of figure collecting was quite peaceful and simple. The blog’s traffic was minimal due to my lack of updates and I’ve also lost frequent contacts with some of the people I’ve met through this hobby which is pretty sad so I will make sure to pay attention in making those better in the near future! Other than that, there were good things too such as the new components (gallery & video) I’ve started trying out and the amount of money I’m spending has cut down. Even little things like a more user-friendly categories in this blog after reorganizing them (if you’ve yet to notice) makes me delighted too.

Also a quick shout out to myfigurecollection.net as it is really the most useful website I’ve came across ever since the start of my figure collecting journey. From a whole list of all types of Japan related items in the database to extra captivating photos and fun blogs to friendly users to connect with; they have them all! This website is the one that made this exciting figure collecting journey of mine possible. You can see why I’ve generously linked back to this site various times through my whole entry. They’re just that good.

Also, finally, the figures that I’m very much enthusiastic and eager about are, as already mentioned, Megahouse’s new line of Kuroko Basketball’s figures and also especially Alter’s new figure of my waifu, Kasugano Sora! I can’t believe there’s still going to be a new figure of her and in a rather unique outfit at that! Thank you, Alter!

I also can’t wait for the prototypes/painted versions of Phat Company’s Kirigiri and Nanami Chiaki. My Enoshima Junko by Algernon Product is on her way to my house as well! Oh! So many good things!
